Achieve the perfect fit in your Her Girl Club Intimates by measuring your Bust, Waist & Hips

Bust: Place the measuring tape across your bust and measure around the largest part of your chest. Be sure to keep the tape parallel to the floor.
Waist: Place the measuring tape about a 1/2 inch above your bellybutton (at the narrowest part of your waist) to measure around your torso. When measuring your waist, exhale and measure before inhaling again.
Hips: Place the measuring tape across the widest part of your hips and measure all the way around while keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

HER Apparel is not responsible for parcels that go missing in the post, and will not replace items that go missing.

If an incorrect delivery address is provided at checkout HER Apparel is not responsible for locating the parcel, and will not replace items sent to the wrong address, if it was provided by the customer at checkout.

CUSTOM TAXES AND DUTIES

All international customers are responsible for custom taxes incurred on delivery. We refuse to mark anything as a 'Gift' or at a lower value so that a customer can avoid taxes.

This is illegal and all requests to do so will be refused.

RETURNED PARCELS

HER Apparel will not be responsible for parcels that are not picked up from local post offices within the allotted 1 month period upon failing to deliver to your provided address. Parcels returned to HER Apparel after the month of holding will incur another shipping fee in order for the parcel to be shipped back to the customer.

Returns

Her Girl Club is unable to accept returns on our Intimates and Invisible Bra because of health and hygiene regulations.

As each garment is handmade to order all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
